In our society,  rope bondage and BDSM as a whole are portrayed by media, both mainstream and social, primarily as sadomasochistic practices, leather and latex wear, extreme relationship dynamics. Along with that it would appear that “People of Color”, specifically Black People are erased or shown in very minuscule ways. Although these conditions exists they do not encompass the totality of the BDSM experience. Solomon Abrams has chosen to give the world a unique experience of BDSM, kink and fetishes with the essence of his African American experience- AFRO SENSUALISM. 

Under this umbrella Mr. Abrams fuses Tantric and Kundalini meditative practices of breath control, stretching & body movement, and intuitive enlightenment with a variant of Japanese Shibari in what he describes as “Intimate Macrame”.
